The MASTERMIL project aims to develop concepts and guidelines to support an efficient digital transformation in family businesses and more generally improve the management of family business.In particular, the main objectives of the project are:
- Complete review of the literature on 4.0 technologies of the industry, on the characteristics of the family business and the relationship between the two areas of research;
- Analysis of case studies of family businesses aimed at carrying out a qualitative survey.
