Marco Mismetti is a post-doctoral research fellow at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano (Faculty of Economics and Management), working at the Centre for Family Business Management. While conducting his PhD in Business & Law at the University of Bergamo, he was visiting PhD Student at the Centre for Family Business Management at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano and at the Faculty of Economics and Business-Elcano of the University of the Basque Country. Previously, he spent part of his education at international institutions, such as Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University and Hanze University of Applied Sciences. His research interest focuses on interpersonal relationships in family firms, with particular interest in conflict. Marco is member of the Research Development Program of IFERA – International Family Enterprise Research Academy, as PhD Students Ambassador.
